The Shepherds Hut is for two people and is completely secluded with no near neighbours, no farm buildings, no other huts. It’s not even fenced in because the surrounding meadows, woodland and lake are all yours for your stay. If you crave peace and quiet and just want to slow down, switch off and relax … if you want to lie in a hammock listening to the trees rustling and the birds singing … if you want to sit in the dinghy and watch the wildlife at play on the lake or enjoy glorious walks through the surrounding countryside … then Borleymere Shepherds Hut offers the chance to shoot the breeze with the one you love and enjoy some real quality time. We are less than two hours drive from London and if you want to come by train (Liverpool Street – Sudbury) we are very happy to pick you up and drop you back to Sudbury station.
