# Helmsley Open Air Swimming Pool

> Helmsley's Outdoor Heated Pool Open Rain Or Shine Yorkshire’s only heated open air pool. We are a charity providing affordable outdoor swimming and a holiday atmosphere to our local community and many visitors including children and adults with our 25m open air pool.

Helmsley Open Air children's pool provides a hot swim in the open air.The pool, with the Recreation Ground, is within the early stages of a regeneration programme, meaning the present facilities are pretty fundamental, but nevertheless uncommon and difficult to beat for young ones and families, as there is just a fee that is concessional. Planned works consist of refurbished changing rooms, remodelled showers, and a wall that is painted, a few of that will be prepared with this year.Helmsley Pool is available daily between 11:45 and 19:00, from mid-June to early September, with a number of sessions available throughout the day, some of that have tasks, while others are for grownups just (Monday to Friday 11:45 to 13:00).This is more charming than an inside pool, plus is has excellent water quality, and it is kept at a pretty constant 28 C. It is never too overcrowded, and there is a play park across the street, with a zip wire that provides a pretty great way to dry down!
