Enjoy the peace and serenity of the site. Situated in East Anglia, between the Cambridge, Norfolk and Lincolnshire borders there's plenty to do in the area, or relax and enjoy our micro-climate, just 4 miles from the Wash world heritage site.

There are hardstanding and grass pitches, with or without electric hook up points, 1/2 mile dedicated dog walk, 2 Elson and many recycling points, barn and electronic gate security. The site has:

  • 2 fishing lakes.
  • A long established 1 acre pond.
  • A recently developed 3.5acre lake. Expect a wide variety of fish that can test your skill level. Make your stay as exciting or relaxing as you wish.

Cake Shop available on site with home made delights along with exciting ice cream sundaes. Entertainment and evening meals available please ask for dates and availability. Fish and Chip Shop service on Friday (high season).

Call Connect bus service available from site or just a 15 minute walk to the main bus service.

The Lawns & Lakes is a place to find nature with hare conservation in operation, turtle doves (a rarity) or catch a glimpse of the resident King Fisher. We look forward to welcoming you to our site.

Cancellation Policy:
55% refund given up to 29 days, 25% refund given up to 22 days, no refund given up to 21 days, with an admin fee of £0.00
