Georges Surf School - Private Surf Coaching Polzeath, Cornwall George's Surf School is a Surfing England and ISA Centre of Excellence based at Polzeath and Harlyn Bay, Cornwall. We provide private surf lessons and immersive courses for individuals and small or family groups. We have created a culture around how we believe surfing should be taught. This is underpinned by friendly, welcoming, professional instructors and supported by an investment in a diverse range of the best boards and equipment for you to learn on and progress with. We teach the most up to date techniques and information, adapted for surfers of all ages. From your first wave to achieving your surfing dream, our mission is to provide constantly evolving, progressive surf coaching that will guide and support you at every stage. Surfing is an ancient and beautiful sport. Harnessing the power of the ocean to ride waves takes a combination of technique, physical training and knowledge. Nothing beats the exhilaration of catching and riding a wave! PRICES Prices include use of our surfboards. Wetsuits can be hired from £5 per lesson. PRIVATE COACHING 1 Lesson (2 Hours) 1 person £100 | £20 for each supplementary person thereafter (up to a maximum of 6). 1/2 Day (3 Hours) 1 person £130 | £30 for each supplementary person thereafter (up to a maximum of 6). 1 Day (6 Hours) 1 person £300 | £50 for each supplementary person thereafter (up to a maximum of 6). Children's Introduction to the Ocean (For 5-6 yr olds -1 hour ) 1 child £50 | £10 for each supplementary person (maximum of 2). Video Coaching (2 hours) 1 person £100 | £20 for each supplementary person thereafter (up to a maximum of 4). IMMERSIVE COURSES Minimum of 3, maximum of 6 people, low season only. Weekend/2 Day £250 per person 3 Day £350 per person 5 Day £550 per person Conditions of Booking All bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment and a completed booking form. Bookings cancelled within 24hrs of the lesson/course will not be refunded. Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the lesson/course will be refunded 50% of the total booking cost.
