We are proud to say we are one of the first and only providers of white water stand up paddle boarding in the UK. We offer introductory lessons aimed at those who either have not paddleboarded before or would like to transfer their flat water paddling skills to the river. After kitting up and safety briefing you will head onto the water beginning with still/slow moving water steadily progressing to faster moving waters including features such as rapids and wave trains throughout the session. We begin on our knees and as you develop skills and gain confidence you can try your hand at standing!

We run group sessions for those who want to conquer the white water together with their comrades perhaps for a stag, hen do or lads weekend. Our white water half day session will have you pumped and wanting more. Perfect for those who want a unique and thrilling experience to remember. See the group coupon code below!

The half day intro sessions last up to 3.5 hours, including getting kitted and safety briefing. Sessions start from 9am or 1:30pm.
The full day session is from 9am - 4pm.
Minimum age is 16. Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Our courses are delivered by British Canoeing certified instructors who are all qualified in first aid.
We provide wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets, paddles and paddle boards
