Wood Camping We are a family business based on a 200 acre arable farm, just north of Bristol, in the village of Almondsbury, in the rolling countryside of South Gloucestershire. We opened a caravan touring site under the Caravan Club CL scheme in 2005, and every year we meet new people who stop off on their way to a holiday destination. As children we camped, and still love the outdoors. We discussed opening a campsite for ages, but life just kept getting in the way& then in July 2014 we welcomed our first tent camper. People love to camp for all sorts of reasons, and we are on the Lands End to John OGroats charity route. We welcome, campers looking for a peaceful time, respectful of others, keeping noise to a minimum after 8.00pm, including:
