The Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland Railway lines culminate in Porthmadog, making them the starting place for many wonderful adventures into the magnificent mountains of Snowdonia. Harlech, Pwhelli, Abersoch and Carenarfon are all within a short and scenic journey from the park, making Garreg Goch the perfect location for a sightseeing holiday all year round.
