Darwood (medieval for deer wood) is a 15th century settlement set in 20 acres of parkland set between two ancient woodlands. The caravan site offers splendid views over the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty and is within easy walking and cycling distance of Woodhall Spa and its vacation facilities including outdoor swimming pool, tennis, bowling, cricket and the unique Kinema in the Woods. Woodhall Spa is well served with high class shops and restaurants to suit the most discerning of tastes. Our caravan park is well situated for easy access to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and the headquarters of the Dambusters 617 Squadron at the Petwood Hotel. Lincoln Cathedral and Tattershall Castle are part of the rich historical heritage that we are proud of in Lincolnshire and are also within a short distance.
