POP-UP BY THE RIVER CAMPSITE A PEACEFUL POP-UP BY THE RIVER CAMPING SITE IN SUSSEX AN HOUR AWAY FROM LONDON AND NEXT TO THE RIVER ADUR. Giving campers that old school camping vibe, you can pitch your own tent, hire one of our canvas bell tents or up grade to a classic shepherds hut. This campsite offers wooded family area, separate group spaces with communal chill out tents, Friday night wood fired pizza or Sunday morning breakfast . About The Campsite Main Campsite Self-Pitching (your own tent) The Self-pitching rates are �15.00 per person per night and �6 for children 3yrs & above, children under 3yrs go free. River pitches rates are �18 per adult and �8 per child per night, these pitches are off the main site and have their own toilets and shower. Bell Tents Please note, Bell tent prices will be rising on the 1st of April Why not hire one of our Empty Canvas Bell Tents starting from �100 for a 2 night hire these beauties will easily accommodate 4 adults or a large family. Remember you still add your self pitch fee. The Bell Tents are easily upgradable to our luxury Hotel and Motel Packages too. (please not Motel and Hotel bells are not available in 2020 due to concerns for Covid19) Shepherd Huts We even have some specially prepared Shepherd Huts in stunning wooded glen giving shade calm and privacy from the main site if you fancy something a little different! Prices start from �220 for 2 nights (Please note that huts will not come with bedding for 2020) Camp Fires and Pits You can even hire fire pits with cooking grills and fire wood and charcoal sold on site. Wood fired Pizzas (Not running for 2020) On the site, Camp and Deliver can supply Wood fired Pizzas on Friday evenings for the weary traveller pre-order these when booking your self pitching or bell tents and pay for them on arrival. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Pop-up by the Rivers West Sussex campsites offer everything you would expect and more, freedom and space, great toilets, hot showers, campfires, grills for cooking and gazing into. The Main Campsite is designed for parental peace of mind with open plan aspects broken up by plenty of trees, tyre swings and woodland to play in, we operate a car free camp so your kids can play with out the worry of cars on pitching. The river access is a convenient 5 minute walk down a chalk track with launch point and steps into the river, where you can find canoes, paddle boards and kayaks for hire. POP-UPS LITTLE SECRET& WOODLAND CAMPING, WITH OPEN FIRES CLOSE TO CAMBER SANDS. This year you will find us nestling close to Camber Sands and Rye at the Hop and Hare Farm, this secret space encompasses a babbling brook, rolling meadow land and cathedral esq woodland all set within a hidden 20 acres. The campsite is off-grid offering a range of Glamping camping experiences, if your looking for wild glamping or real camping this site offers couples getting away from the hubbub the chance to really unwind, families can have their own place to build a camp either within the woodland or spread out to a private corner of the meadow campsite. If you are arriving in groups we have areas that you pre book again within the wood or meadowland. Kids have the chance for freedom, they can go off on their own nature trail looking for our hidden animals, we are also supplying den making equipment like ropes, lengths of timber, the odd tyre swing and if they look hard enough the secret slack line. Whatever your budget You can pitch your own tent, stay in one of our Bell tents, try a Tree tents or if you really want the great outdoors we have special woodland tarps and waterproof bivvy bags so you can go deeper into the woodland to set your own secret camp all at Pop-up campsite! The Pop-up campsites are open from Friday to Sunday only and offers some great pitches for families, groups, couples, and individuals. WHAT TO EXPECT & FACILITIES Booking And Arrival Once you have booked please check your email, as you will need the exact location to find us. Please drive at 5mph along all tracks as we have neighbours and wish to be respectful. Your earliest check-in is 2pm please do not turn up before, check out is 11am. As we are a Pop up site we can not obtain rubbish collection services, please make provision to remove all rubbish and take it off site. You will be charged for rubbish if left. Remember follow the secret symbols to find us. We welcome dogs but ask that they be kept under control and do not roam into other campers space, tents or neighbouring fields. We reserve the right to ask your dog to leave if it shows anti-social behaviour. Part of being outside is connecting with your acoustic soul, we embrace this but ask that all instruments and noise to stop by 11pm latest. No bongos or drums. No Car stereos / stereos or radios. We have one 6 metre green wood land Teepee that comes equipped with wooden benches, pot belly stove, table. They will seat around 20 adults and start from �200 hire for the weekend. Toilets / Showers We have designed and made Shepherds huts toilets, with lighting and charging points. You will find pill box showers with gas fired boilers dotted about the campsite and Washing up hut. Camp Fires We have bespoke fire bowls, trivets and help moon grills for cooking and chilling. This campsite offers easy access to Rye, Camber Sands, Hastings and Seven Sisters
