Toilet and shower facilities are now permitted to be open - please contact us for further details. ) Description This is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, which accept caravans or motorhomes and usually tents. **Pitches:** 5 **Opening Dates this year:** 12/04/2021 to 31/10/2021 **Opening Dates next year:** 01/04/2022 to 31/10/2022 The Ark Park/Honimax camping site is a across 12 acres with 3 different areas, our main field is a large south facing sunny site slightly sloping, we have our family ark (glamping unit) and our 2 5m yurt s that sleep 4 guests we also have limited camping pitches and caravan/motorhome pitches, we do not have electric on site so no hook ups, no hairdryers or charging points for phones. We do however have acres of space and our resident rare breed pigs, we have enclosed are of approx 1 acre with another of our glamping arks and finally a third area which is totally secluded and away from everyone else where we have our couples ark with its wood fired hot tub and own eco toilet. Our ethos on site is to provide a relaxed quiet area so children can run about and wear themselves out in plenty of space while the parents can enjoy the country side, space and the wildlife. Nearby Attractions We are close to Carisbrooke Castle, Osborne House, and 14 miles from the Roman Villa we are also within 20 minutes of The Monkey Haven, Tapnell Farm, The Needles, Robin Hill and numerous beaches and fantastic walks. Being just a few minutes drive away from Cowes with it's shops and restaurants.
