Accommodation types
- Camping Grass Pitch — We welcome camping on our level grassed area (electric hook-up available on request). Embrace the countryside and once the sun sets admire the amazing dark skies as we are only 11 miles away from the Galloway Forest Park, the first Dark Sky Park in the UK.
- Tourer/Motor Homes Hard Standing Pitches — We welcome Touring caravans, trailer tents and motor homes on our level hard standing pitches (electric hook-up included). We do run Midge machines on site to catch the famous Scottish pest, they do a great job reducing the population. If there is a breeze at all or sunshine they’re not out but we still recommend that you bring some insect repellent, just in case.
- The Merrick Mega Camping Pod — This pod allows you to camp in style, please bring everything you need for camping except the tent! Just think arrive and have no hassle of putting up the tent and no packing it away in the morning! Only a small walk away is the central heated toilet block where you will find showers, toilets and washing up facilities.
- Dark Skies Mega Pod — For greater luxury these pods have their own en-suite shower room and a Masterspas 2 person hot tub. The Luxury Pods are a great back to nature experience in comfort and style while enjoying the outdoors whatever the weather! The pods are fitted with sub zero insulation and under floor heating so they will be warm and cosy. They both have a double glazed window and lockable door. This pod is self contain with the luxury of having its own en-suite shower, sink and WC. A kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink. Cutlery and crockery are provided plus bed linen and towels so all you need to do is bring yourself! WiFi available (charges apply)
