A favourite with many guests because of the exceptional views of the sea and countryside. Situated in the corner of the courtyard, where you enter underneath the original barn steps.  The lounge area has a pair of reclining leather sofas and the kitchen is also well equipped.

Squirrels Hollow

With exceptional sea views and Situated next to Moles Burrow you also enter through a stable door. The lounge area has 2 comfortable reclining leather sofas.   

Badgers Sett

Similar to Demelza with views overlooking the fields to the rear and the courtyard and although sleeping up to 6 the lounge and dining areas are smaller than the other 3 bedroom cottages.

Verity

A spacious cottage with a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher.  Doors lead to a decking area with summer house overlooking the coast.A king sized bed with en-suite shower room.  A sofa bed will sleep an extra person two but this is strictly by arrangement and is chargeable. We have now have a wood burning stove for extra ambiance during the colder months.

The Gatehouse 

Situated on the end with a layout similar to Verity.  The open-plan living area has views overlooking the fields to the rear.Although sleeping up to 6 the lounge and dining areas are smaller than the other 3 bedroom cottages.

Demelza

This recently refurbished cottage has an entrance through the stable door here you will find an open plan living area which has 2 comfortable reclining leather sofas.

Otters Holt

Situated on the end of the row through the stable door you will find the open plan area featuring  a wood burner built into an original fireplace for that rustic, homely feel. The comfortable lounge area has a reclining leather sofa and an arm chair to relax.

Moles Burrow

Toad Hall is characterised by its large window overlooking the courtyard allowing morning sunshine to flood through the lounge and dining area.The comfortable lounge area has two reclining leather sofas to relax in front of the TV.

The Beach At Bude

Nestled on the Cornish coast are these spacious camping pitches with fantastic views of the ocean, just a mile or so from a handful of beautiful sandy surfing beaches and rugged coastline. Each pitch can accommodate 6 people and you have full use of the onsite facilities which include 6 toilets, 7 showers, washing up facilities and a chemical disposal point. 

Non-Electric Grass Pitch

Sleeps: 2 Adults + 2 Children (Beds depend on age)

Enjoying a sheltered spot in Cornish farmland, Atlantic Surf Pods makes for a quiet and peaceful retreat, close to the sea, with five beaches just a few minutes or more by car.

Each pod is a livable, spacious capsule, insulated to the highest degree, featuring under floor heating in the off season months to take the chill off colder nights, meaning they are comfortable all year round.

They sit nestled amongst the lush and undulating landscaped lawns, each with its individual decked area, with gas barbecue-oven and outdoor furniture, a private external wet room, featuring a heated shower, flushing toilet and hand basin. Perfect as an escape from daily life!

Bedding and towels are provided for the king-size bed. For children there is a bean futon or camp bed, please bring your own sleeping bag etc.

If you are bringing an infant please provide your own travel cot and linen.

Atlantic Surf Pods

Ocean View Treehouse is 6 metres up, a beautifully crafted bolt-hole perched up in the tree looking out towards Widemouth Bay and open country. Easily accessed by a stairway. Almost 20 sq. metres floor area with a double bed, kettle, combi microwave, electric cool box and Dyson heating. Close by is parking and the surf pods. Only a 20 min. walk to the town and beaches. The town has many surf shops, surf schools, cafes and restaurants along with three supermarkets.

The roof is clear on the north side and shaded on the south giving a wonderful feeling of space, and in the evenings the led lighting gives a cosy ambience or a full moon can provide the light.

At ground level are the BBQ, bathroom and secret alfresco heated shower. Wifi and charging points are readily available. This is self-catering in touch with the outdoors.

First finished in April 2014, it is for couples only, we are aware of several proposals made there, and accepted!

No 8 privately owned detached, two bed room bungalow and sleeps 4/5 persons, double room and a twin space additionally a complete size fold up bed. Both bedrooms have 22 LCD color freeview television with split DVD player. The lounge has a 50 LCD colour freeview tv with seperate DVD player. No 8 is located in parkland Penstowe that is surrounding Manor. 30 acres of well kept area that is wooded walk or flake out. Penstowe Park is adjacent to the town of Kilkhampton. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
