Newberry Valley Touring and Camping Park is the perfect place to retreat and relax, away from hectic everyday life. An AA five pennant, family-run site in an rural position on the edge of Combe Martin village, it is less than five minutes' walk from the beaches, pubs, and village shops. This dog-friendly Gold Award campsite has 110 sheltered pitches for tents, touring caravans, campervans and motorhomes plus two lovely shepherd's huts and a mini-pod for hire. Nestled amidst sixty acres, with ancient oak woodland, a lake, and lush green fields, Newberry Valley Park offers spacious pitches and luxury facilities for the discerning camper and caravanner. Accommodation types
- LARGE ALL-GRASS PITCHES — These are generously-sized all-grass pitches with an electric hook-up point close-by plus a water tap within easy walking distance. The large all-grass pitches are suitable for touring caravans, tents, and campervans, subject to availability. Motorhomes can be pitched on all-grass pitches subject to and dependent upon the weight of the unit and the weather conditions.
- PREMIER ALL-GRASS PITCHES — These pitches are fully serviced all-grass pitches with a bollard which has a low level light, electric hook up, a water tap & waste drain plus a picnic bench just for you. Everything is pitched on grass with a specified area for the car adjacent to the area for all accommodation. These premier pitches are suitable for touring caravans, tents, and campervans, subject to availability. Motorhomes can be pitched on all grass pitches subject to and dependent upon weight of the unit and the weather conditions.
- PREMIER HARD-STANDING PITCHES — These pitches are fully serviced block-paved pitches with a bollard which has a low level light, electric hook up, a water tap & waste drain plus a picnic bench just for you. The block-paved area will accommodate the car and the caravan or motorhome, then some have a fine gravel area at the side for the awning with plenty of grass adjacent, and others have all grass. These premier pitches are suitable for touring caravans, tents, campervans and motorhomes, subject to availability.
- CLASSIC ALL-GRASS PITCHES — Our Classic Pitches are all-grass serviced pitches with an electric hook-up point near-by and a water tap within easy walking distance. These are suitable for small tents under 4.5m and for campervans with small awnings under 2.5m.
- LARGE HARD-STANDING PITCHES — These are generously-sized pitches with a hard-core type of surface for the car and the caravan or motorhome and a large grassed area at the side. They have an electric hook-up point close-by and there will be a water tap within easy walking distance. The large hard-standing pitches are suitable for touring caravans, tents, campervans and motorhomes, subject to unit size and pitch availability.
