# Stanhope Open Air Swimming Pool

> Stanhope open air swimming pool

Stanhope Open Air children's pool is the actual only real heated available air children's pool in County Durham. The water is heated to a tropical 80+degrees Fahrenheit almost 30 degrees centigrade, making it a pleasurable experience, come rain or shine! The springboard within the deep end permits swimmers showing their prowess down by scuba diving in and for younger children understanding how to be comfortable and pleased in water, there is a little, hot, toddler pool.Facilities include changing rooms with hot showers, picnic tables, and a totally stocked shop selling hot/cold drinks, candies and chocolate, swimming goggles/floats/hats etc. They hold lane swimming sessions every day, and on particular days have actually an expansive that kiddies (and grownups!) attempt to run across, inevitably dropping to the pool, and then climb up away and decide to try again. They also provide several kayaks designed for pre-booked sessions.
