Cancellation Policy for Accommodation & Campsites

Your host will have chosen a cancellation policy which is visible at the time of booking. The cancellation policy is set by the campsite themselves and is different for each campsite.

You can also see the campsites cancellation policy on your booking confirmation.

Cancellations due to COVID:

It is at the discretion of the campsite as to how to process a cancellation due to contracting COVID. Some campsites will refund, some will ask you to move the booking to another day, and some may not offer refunds.

Please get in touch directly with the campsite and provide them a photo / confirmation of the positive lateral flow test. You are able to find the contact details in your booking confirmation email.

Cancellation policies may be superseded by extenuating circumstances or cancellations by HolidayFox for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service.
