You will need to get in touch with the campsite directly to cancel. Please find their contact details on the booking confirmation.
Cancellations due to COVID:
It is at the discretion of the campsite as to how to process a cancellation due to contracting COVID. Some campsites will refund, some will ask you to move the booking to another day, and some may not offer refunds.
Please get in touch directly with the campsite and provide them a photo / confirmation of the positive lateral flow test. You are able to find the contact details in your booking confirmation email.
Cancellation policies may be superseded by extenuating circumstances or cancellations by HolidayFox for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service.
