Our 8x5 metre grass pitches can accommodate motorhomes, campervans, caravans and tents. All pitches are flat, with optional electric hook-up available. 100 year old renovated railway goods wagon / Shepherds hut, fully furnished to a high standard, with an external camping toilet (toilet shared with the guests of the other wagon). Accommodates a family of up to 4 people in 1 double day bed and 2 single bunk-beds. Laurel Park Campsite is a secluded and sheltered caravan and camping site located on a quiet country lane in South-East Lincolnshire. The owners (a friendly family of 4 who took over the site in December 2018) have improved the facilities significantly, whilst ensuring Laurel Park remains a quiet and serene place to relax and unwind. 

With a wall of tall trees on all sides, the site is sheltered and secluded, whilst being in the open countryside. It is on the Fakenham to Hull leg of the National Cycle Network s route 1 a long distance cycle route connecting Dover and the Shetland Islands via the east coast of England and Scotland.

Laurel Park is ideally located for exploring The Wash Coastal Nature Reserve, historic Kings Lynn, Spalding and surrounding areas. Fully grassed and surrounded by trees, it attracts plenty of wildlife including deer, owls, woodpeckers, sparrowhawks, wildfowl and a large variety of garden birds. Spend time relaxing on the pretty 3 acre site or visit the quaint local town of Long Sutton.

Springfield Farm Campsite

Inside the Lincolnshire Fens, Springfield Farm is a prime jumping off spot for exploration of this part of Cambridgeshire  there are tons of trails criss-crossing the Fens that should suit cyclists, ramblers and horseback riders down to the marshland ground, and hire a narrowboat for a day of tootling along the Fens small rivers in March (30 minutes away).

For that sedate experience, net yourself some prime lakeside seating and cast a line out at North View Fishing Lakes, less than a minute s drive or 10 minutes walk from the site, or play a round at the neighbouring Gedney Hill Golf Course instead.

Back on site, there s play equipment, petting animals, table tennis, football and basketball for the whole family  even Rex will be kept busy with a few turns in the enclosed dog walk area. 

If you ve opted to indulge the finest Glamping experience then you ll be able to soothe your aching limbs in the hot tub (just don t forget to prebook) and once you ve worked up an appetite head to the Glamping kitchen or perhaps fire up the barbecue, where any camper is welcome to purchase one of our locally sourced Breakfast or Barbecue packs containing some of Lincolnshire's outstanding homemade produce you just have to try. If you d prefer to eat out why not try one of the many restaurants within a short drive of Springfield Farm.

In addition to basic Pod fittings of curtains, blinds, lights, an electric heater and sockets, our pods are equipped with a double bed and sofa bed so they can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.

A Freeview television, small fridge, microwave and a kettle are also provided. All you need to do is arrive with your own bedding and cooking equipment. There is a picnic bench and barbecue area in close proximity to each pod. The pods are situated in their own area and are close to the main facility 
block which has toilets, showers, a laundry with dryer, indoor and outdoor washing up areas, disabled shower/toilet and a family bathroom. There is also a small shop on site that sells basic supplies. Available all year round, the pods offer the answer to those of you who wish to camp in comfort and warmth throughout the year.

Two Bedroom Lodge

Set in ten acres of very attractive mature parkland in the village of North Runcton near **Kings Lynn**, is the excellent **Kings Lynn Caravan and Camping Park**; a five star campsite boasting an enviable position in the lovely county of **Norfolk**.  It is a lovely spot and ideal for exploring **Norfolk** and the **Fens** - both areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty - and is also the closest campsite to the historic port and market town of Kings Lynn.

The Park is very well laid out over three fields with ancient trees, shrubs and hedgerow providing a good amount of shelter.  The spacious and well maintained pitches sit on level ground and can accommodate tents, vans, motorhomes and caravans.  There is a choice of grass or hardstanding pitches and electric hook-ups are available.  If you are looking for a **glamping** alternative, then you can hire out one of their **luxurious log pods**; perfect for those who love the great outdoors but prefer a few home comforts!  The heated pods are well equipped with a double bed and sofa bed, TV, microwave, and kettle, so you only need to bring along pots, pans and bedding.  The pods are set in their own area with nearby picnic benches and a BBQ for outdoor dining.  In addition to the pods, there are several eco lodges (two or three bedroomed), which have their own bathroom and toilet, washing machine, TV, electric oven, fridge freezer - and pretty much everything else you would expect in self catering accommodation.  They also have their own private decking area outside.

The camping pitches and the pods share two excellent eco-friendly amenities blocks, which are kept spotlessly clean, are heated, and have very good disabled facilities, as well as a family room with baby changing.  There is also a chemical disposal point, a washing-up area, drinking water points around the site and a laundry room.  At reception there is a good shop for any essentials, plus loads of leaflets from the local tourist information about what’s on in the area, where to explore and what to see nearby.

The campsite is just a stone’s throw from Norfolk's lovely north coast and the seaside towns of Hunstanton, Brancaster, Thornham and - further along the coast - **Wells-next-the-sea**.  Just past Wells is **Blakeney Point Nature Reserve**, where you can see England’s largest grey seal colony; book one of the local ferry trips from **Morston Quay** to get closer to the seals in their natural environment, it’s quite a sight.  For a day on the beach then you are spoilt for choice; Norfolk has some of the best beaches in England -  including **Holkham** beach which was recently voted “Best Beach in the UK” in a survey of travel writers - as well as many nature reserves and RSPB reserves.  Inland, there are numerous National Trust and English Heritage properties to explore, Sandringham, and quaint market towns like Burnham Market, Swaffham and Fakenham.

**Kings Lynn Caravan and Camping Park** is an absolutely lovely campsite, with glamping and camping options to suit everyone and in the perfect location to explore all of Norfolk’s wonderful attractions.

The Dairy: Once a cowshed, this cottage has been fully converted into a family friendly holiday cottage for you and your loved ones! The Dairy is spacious, with a living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs giving you and your family the space you all need to relax, either separately or all together! Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, a kids' bedroom with a bunk bed, and a single bedroom suitable for a teenager or another adult! The Dairy also comes with two bathrooms, and an outdoor patio area complete with barbecue and furniture so you can all relax outside! Max occupancy is 6 people, with up to 4 adults 

Dogs are welcome and charges at £25 per dog per stay

A fully renovated barn that retains many of its original features, such as the beautiful original internal walls and wooden beams from days gone, this self-catering cottage has been transformed from an old working farm building into a beautiful and charming family cottage. Downstairs the open-plan layout provides you with a dining area, kitchen, and a spacious lounge giving your family plenty of space to relax in. Our self-catering cottage is also completely dog-friendly and we encourage you to bring your little furry friends along with you. The Old Barn

**Norfolk Coastal Cottages**

Known historically as Beach Farm, our venue is located on the Norfolk coastline and plays host to an array of unique, character-rich buildings that have been developed into cosy cottages and cottage-style rooms with all the comforts of home.

Previously used as a farmhand's accommodation, these lovingly restored buildings have had many of their original features preserved for all to enjoy, such as the striking wooden beams across the ceiling and bannisters, Norfolk sandstone walls, or the bright white chalk across the walls. Our cluster of Self-catering Norfolk coastal cottages are located in a renovated farm known historically as Beach Farm where one was used as a farmhands accommodation and the other three were barns home to chickens, cows and smallholding farm items.

Our self-catering cottages are also completely dog-friendly and we encourage you to bring your little furry friends along with you. Nothing is better than spending time in your cosy cottage with the people and pets you love!
Our cottages are all-inclusive and provide the use of a full kitchen with all the necessary items you need to make you feel at home while away from home.

It's just a quick 2 minutes walk from the coast. Here in Norfolk, we don’t live to work; as down-to-earth people, Norfolk folk believe in enjoying life, making friends with strangers and spending time in the great Norfolk outdoors. After all, with 84 miles of Norfolk coastline, there is a lot of natural beauty here to appreciate! Glamping Bell Tents provide a wonderful experience for luxury glamping in Norfolk and make a perfect hideaway on the Norfolk Coast located 2 minutes walk from the coast in Heacham a large but quiet village just on the outskirts of the seaside town Hunstanton. Providing a range of camping pitches for tents, campervans, caravans, and motorhomes; you could also indulge in a ready-made stay in a bell tent or shepherds hut for a glamping break away by the Norfolk coast.

Our Bell Tents are 100% natural cotton canvas that is certified fireproof to BS 7837:1996 and CPAI-84 that is also treated with UV colourfast, mould, rot & water repellent for peace of mind. Also utilises heavy-duty grooved pegs for guys, thick reflective turquoise guy ropes, and extra strong rock pegs so that you know everything is secure when you stay the night no matter the weather conditions!

Each tent feature a secondary mosquito door, a groundsheet you can unclip and lay flat at the front doors, and pole hooks for lighting.

Our cosy studios have been designed to capture that farmhouse charm with rustic wooden features. Throughout all of our chalets, we offer cosy, single-storey accommodation with an en-suite including a shower and kitchenette area for cooking.

Enjoy the peace and serenity of the site. Situated in East Anglia, between the Cambridge, Norfolk and Lincolnshire borders there's plenty to do in the area, or relax and enjoy our micro-climate, just 4 miles from the Wash world heritage site.  

There are hardstanding and grass pitches, with or without electric hook up points, 1/2 mile dedicated dog walk, 2 Elson and many recycling points, barn and electronic gate security. 
The site has:
- 2 fishing lakes. 
- A long established 1 acre pond. 
- A recently developed 3.5acre lake. 
Expect a wide variety of fish that can test your skill level. Make your stay as exciting or relaxing as you wish.
