Warwick is a city famous for its medieval streets and timber buildings, its old-world charm and stunning motte and bailey Castle. Warwick also has many beautiful parks and gardens; St Nicolas Park has plenty for everyone to do with kids playgrounds, crazy golf, amusements, boats for hire and picnic areas. The River Avon flows through Warick, so there are several boat companies that run trips up and down and you can go through the "stairway" to heaven locks at Hatton.
