Welcome to TYNI — Ty Ni Holidays on Pen Y Bryn Farm, a peaceful adults-only working sheep and cattle farm in the hills above Abergele, Conwy. Wake up to panoramic views across the North Wales coast and countryside. We offer ten electric hardstanding touring pitches for caravan, campervan and motorhome guests (five CAMC and five private), including one exclusive bliss pitch with a private wood-fired hot tub, electric sauna and covered kitchen area. There is also a furnished shepherd's hut for two with its own hot tub — perfect for a romantic glamping break. All touring pitches have 16-amp electric hook-up on a mix of grass and gravel hardstanding. Shared ladies' and gents' toilets and showers are a short walk from the pitches (refreshed for 2024). Dogs are welcome on touring pitches. The shepherd's hut is for two adults only and does not accept dogs. On site you will find picnic tables, campfires and BBQs are allowed, and a small shop is open during the season (a café is planned). An award-winning pub is five minutes' walk away. Ty Ni is a handy base for Snowdonia, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, local walks and the Conwy Valley. Open 4 April – 31 October 2026 (Easter 2027 reopen TBC). Adults only (18+). Touring pitches check in from 1pm; bliss pitch from 2pm. Check out by 12 noon. Price includes two people; extra adults £10/night. Dogs and extra cars available at checkout on touring pitches.

Adults only; sleeps up to 4 with 2 included in the price. Shared site toilets and showers are nearby. Unwind under the stars after exploring Abergele, Snowdonia and the North Wales coastline.
- Electric Grass and Gravel Touring Pitch — Standard electric touring pitch on grass and gravel hardstanding with 16-amp hook-up. Suitable for touring caravan, campervan or motorhome up to approximately 4.6m × 7.0m; twin-axle accepted. Adults-only site. Sleeps up to 4 guests — price includes 2 people. Shared ladies' and gents' toilets and showers are a short walk away. Dogs welcome (one included; add extras at checkout). Campfires and BBQs allowed. Enjoy panoramic farm views and easy access to local walks and the North Wales coast.
