The Long House is a barn and stable conversion in the beautiful East Meon countryside. It is situated in the peaceful valley with views across to the surrounding hills of the South Downs.We are well placed for both walking and cycling around this part of the South Downs National Park, with easy access to the South Downs Way, quiet lanes and numerous local footpaths.The A3 is 2½ miles away giving direct routes to Chichester, Guildford and Portsmouth and also Winchester via the A272.You will receive a warm welcome when you visit us. The Long House has fully modern facilities and is ideally situated to explore Hampshire and the South Downs National Park. The picturesque village of East Meon is one mile away with two good pubs for meals, and a village shop.There are many other excellent pubs in the surrounding villages.
