**Weekends are min 3 nights stay** Wheatfields Glamping has two luxury Safari stryle tents/lodges generously spaced apart. Sandpiper is the smaller of the two tents sleeping up 6-8 people in three bedrooms. See the plan below. Sandpiper also has additional space on offer with our pretty Bell Tent situated just next to the main tent with its old double iron bed. The Bell Tent is only available for guests of Sandpiper and is popular when two families are sharing the tent. New to 2022 is a "Outside Kitchen" with a gas BBQ and "ooni" Pizza oven - great place to cook with friends at the bar. The site is in a secluded but not remote spot along a farm track. It is off grid, we use solar and 12v batteries to power lights in all the rooms, a USB port and the fridges. Outside lights are kept to a minimum to preserve the special “Dark Sky” all the better to enjoy stargazing. Please bring power banks or charge your devices in your car as a backup. Candles are not allowed inside the tent due to fire risk, but can be used outside on the decking areas. We use gas for the showers, fridges and kitchen hobs. **Bedroom** Our beds have very comfortable new mattresses, duvets and extra blankets and hot water bottles if required. Beds are made up upon arrival with our luxurous stone-washed natural bed linen with its contempory natural crumpled look. Its made from re-newable flax & boasts anti-allergic properties. **Kitchen** The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, standard kichen utensils and cooking pots & pans, kettle & coffee maker, fridge and a two ringed gas hob. We supply coffee, tea, sugar and other basic condiments. Fresh milk can be found in the fridge. **Shower room** The shower room sits on the back deck with a hot shower, flushing toilet and towels provided for each person staying. Complimentary products from local business Wideye who create their own natural skin and bodycare products. We support Wideye’s policy not to use single use plastics and so their products are supplied in refillable glass bottles which we refill from the Wideye shop in Rye The Bell Tent is included in the price of Sandpiper and comes with lovely bedding and towels for all guests.
