The restored Control Tower of this former WWII airfield at Dumfries, Scotland could be the centrepiece associated with Museum and it is now a detailed building.The Museum is run by volunteers and homes a big and aircraft that is ever expanding, aero machines and a tremendously impressive display of artefacts and individual histories relating to aviation, past and present.Both civil and armed forces are represented. There is a tiny, but ever expanding assortment of memorabilia honouring airborne forces, a display that is new aviation in Scotland and a mock up of a WWII living space are now complete.
