About this place

Our site can be quite exposed to the elements and is remote and as you would expect, the weather can be changeable, one of the joys of the Yorkshire Dales, so be prepared with appropriate clothing. We recommend that you bring warm clothing, wellies and basics like a torch. Our water supply is from a natural spring and as part of our plan to minimise the impact on our environment, we encourage everyone to use our water sparingly and to bring bottled water, if possible. There is a fresh water supply provided in the amenity building. We provide all bedding required for the beds, including feather duvets and memory foam pillows. Please bring additional bedding and blankets should you feel the need for extra layers. On site there are facilities to make a light breakfast and each cabin has access to an outside BBQ. We recommend you bring your own cool boxes, charcoal, food, drinks and all the other little extras you would take on a camping trip – we do not have a shop on site and the closest shop is several miles away so be sure to bring everything you need.
