Accommodation types
- The Showman's Retreat — Go back in time & spend the night off grid in an authentic showman's wagon which has been lovingly restored & is new for 2021. This cosy wagon features a double bed & 2 bench seats which convert to additional beds. The raised decking allows you to enjoy the views & watch the sun set over the East Yorkshire Countryside. This wagon has its own fire pit so you can enjoy toasting marshmallows under the stars. When packing for a holiday in the Showman's wagon bring what you need for camping but leave your tent behind. These can be booked alongside camping/caravanning pitches - please note strictly no more than 2 units/4 adults per booking without prior agreement. **What's Included in The Showman's Retreat:** - Small Raised Double Bed (4ft x 6ft 3) - 2 Bench seats converting to beds. - Table. - Mattress protectors & sheet. - Private decking. - Firepit / BBQ - logs & charcoal can be purchased on site. - Bench seating outside the wagon & full use of site facilities a short walk from the wagon including use of an undercover cooking/ eating area & electricity for phone charging etc. - Sleeps 4. - 1 well behaved dog allowed (£10 additional) PLEASE NOTE: There are steps up to this wagon for access Strictly no smoking.

- Grass Tent Pitch with EHU — Price is based on one night for: - Two adults. - One dog. - One Car with a Trailer Tent or Tent, or a Campervan - Grass Tent Pitch (Grass tent pitches not available Nov - March) - Use of all facilities on site. **Coronavirus Protection** Our number 1 priority at Butt Farm Caravan & Campsite is the safety of our staff & guests, and we are committed to doing everything we can to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have introduced a number of safety measures to help ensure you enjoy your stay with us this summer: - Check in/Reception - Please check in at reception. If it is not open your name and pitch number will be on the board at the entrance to the site. On arrival you can scan the NHS Track & Trace QR code. - Caravans/Motorhomes - we encourage guests who have their own facilities on board to use these as much as possible. - Camping - we have reduced our pitch capacity to allow for greater social distancing. - Showers/Toilets - these will be cleaned regually & strict social distancing measures will be implemented. There will be plenty of hand sanitiser & soap available at all times. - Communal fridges/ freezers - for use by all. - Sinks in utility room - to be used for washing up crockery/cutlery only. - Visitors - kept to a maximum of 2 per pitch - please notify us of details when you check in **Site Facilities:** - Separate male & female heated washrooms and showers with electric shaver sockets. - Utility room with dishwashing facilities where hot water is provided free of charge. - Fridge & freezer. - BBQ and Firepits available to hire - Fire pits are available to hire only - Guests are not permitted to bring their own wood or firepit and they must be extinguished by 11pm (These will be cleaned after each use) - Dog shower. - Chemical disposal point. - Secure bike storage, e-bike charge point, bike racks & bike wash. - Recycling facilities. - Information board. **Pets:** Pets are welcome at Butt Farm, however are not allowed in the site buildings including the shower and utility rooms. Whilst on site they must be kept on a lead at all times, and can be walked in designated areas. There are many walks around the campsite. There is a dog shower available to use for those mucky paws. **Terms:** - Bank Holidays are a minimum of a 3 night stay. - Weekends are a minimum of a 2 night stay. - Arrivals - 1pm ( no later than 9pm - unless in exceptional circumstances) - Departures - 12pm - Departures after midday are subject to availability and a charge of £5 per pitch. - Guests are welcome, however we ask that you keep the to a maximum of of 2 per pitch & inform us of them when you check in - £2 per guest - they must be off site by 10pm. - As the person booking the holiday, you are responsible for the behaviour of all members of the party whilst on the site. - Any wilful damage to the site will result in you being asked to immediately leave the site. - Please do not allow children to play in the communal shower, toilet and utility areas. - All gazebos must be taken down when you are not on site. - To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:30pm. No music is allowed on site after 10.30pm. - No driving allowed on site after 10:30pm. - Fire pits are available to hire only - guests are not permitted to bring their own wood or firepits and they must be extinguished by 11pm.

- The 3 Little Pigs Lodge — This luxury lodge brings a new concept to sustainable gaming & has been lovingly hand crafted from straw bales & sheep wool.
