Badger’s Retreat Shepherd’s Hut is situated near our pond in our small adult-only campsite. The hut is warm and cosy with heating as well as kitchen area with sink, fridge, and kettle. In addition, Badger’s Retreat has its own ensuite toilet and shower. With the comfy kingsize bed, you’ll sleep soundly and wake up to the sound of the countryside with birdsong and distant church bells. MUST BRING OWN BEDDING AND TOWELS (NOT JUST LINEN BUT BEDDING TOO, IE SLEEPING BAG OR DUVET AND PILLOWS) Badger’s Retreat is a 7′ x 14′ Shepherd’s Hut raised up from the ground by a step. Outside is with bench table seating area and fire pit. Cosy and warm whatever the time of year. You are welcome to fish in the lake in the camp field, just sit and relax around the BBQ or walk the 500 yards to the local country pub.
