Itchenor caravan site offers static caravans for sale and a couple of holiday caravans for hire, in a beautiful landscaped park which has been thoughtfully laid out in an old orchard. Each holiday home has a spacious garden, and the park boundaries overlook open farmland offering glimpses of the South Downs and the occasional sail on the harbour waters.

We want your stay in our nomadic yurt to have the same feel luxurious feel as our award-winning Bed & Breakfast so we’ve gone the extra mile to make it really comfortable with little extras to delight you.

The yurts have hardwood flooring that measures 5 metres in diameter giving you ample space to relax. 


On arrival, your king-size bed with memory foam mattress will be made up with luxurious, freshly laundered Egyptian cotton sheets, pillow cases, and duvet. Enjoy fluffy white towels and biodegradable toiletries in your very own private en-suite bathroom. Wooden furniture, coat rack and lots of little extras can also be seen inside.

Your welcome tray includes tea, coffee, fresh milk and bottled water. You will find a mini fridge in your pop-up kitchen to keep your food and drinks nicely chilled.  There is an electric socket to charge your mobile devices and of course you can pack your hairdryer! We’ve added lots of little extras to enhance your glamping experience including electric kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans and even fairy lights and tea lights.

Inside your Yurt the wood burning stove will be set ready for you to light with ample firewood to keep you warm and cosy.  Outside you will find your own private decking with a charcoal BBQ, outdoor table and chairs for al fresco eating, we even provide a gazebo for each Yurt should you need a little shelter!  Once you've eaten you can sit and relax round your fire pit and take in the beautiful surroundings.


We love dogs and have three of our own who will probably come and say hello during your glamping stay at Old Dairy Farm.

**The Old Dairy Farm** is a peaceful and tranquil escape set in a very pretty spot in the village of **Emsworth** in **Hampshire**, a stone's throw from England’s south coast and a few miles from the **West Sussex** border.  This boutique and very welcoming glamping site has luxurious and beautifully appointed yurts and lovely bed and breakfast accommodation.

The **Nomadic yurts** are seriously gorgeous and perfect for a luxury outdoor experience when you want to camp in the great outdoors but want a few home comforts too.  The Yurts are tucked away in a secluded paddock with stunning views out across the **South Downs** and they are the perfect place to relax, unwind and get away from it all.  And no banging in the tent pegs necessary.  No cramming the car with pots and pans either; your private yurt has everything you could ever need (and possibly more), with smart hardwood flooring, a kingsized bed, ensuite bathroom, wood burner, pop-up kitchen with fridge, kettle, plug sockets, and all the crockery and pots needed to whip up a feast. Emsworth is a picturesque fishing village, sitting at the end of **Chichester** harbour and well worth a wander around, with its narrow streets, Georgian houses, antique shops and pretty waterfront.  The harbour itself is very popular with **windsurfers** and water sports enthusiasts and the beautiful views make it a very popular place to visit.  For walkers, there are some stunning nearby walking trails including the Kingley Vale trail, the Southbourne trail and the wildlife-packed **Thorney Island** walking trail.  With the gorgeous beaches of **Hayling Island** and **West Wittering** not far away and the busy coastal city of Portsmouth only fifteen minutes drive, there are many things to explore in the near vicinity of The Old Dairy Farm, so make sure you leave plenty of time to discover all the beautiful beaches and countryside around and about.  

And if the walking has left your legs tired and your muscles aching, get back to the farm and hire out the wood-fired hot tub for the afternoon, sit back, relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.  And seeing as it’s all about luxury here, why not leave the shopping for a few days and have some delicious food delivered to your yurt; breakfast hampers, picnics and barbeque hampers are all available, as well as dinners and cakes. EazyCamp are delighted to be hosting it's 5th year at Lepe Beach Campsite in the New Forest and we're the only campsite to be approximately 150 yards from Lepe Beach and offer stunning views of the Solent. Though the campsite doesn’t have a playground of its own, it backs onto Lepe Country Park where there’s a large picnic area, climbing frame and swings for little ones to roam. Really, the country park and the campsite seem to roll into one, making it a thoroughly family-friendly location, with the added bonus of Lepe Beach Café & Shop down on the waterfront, which serves afternoon tea and delicious hand-made cakes.

Elliotts is a small and friendly caravan park situated on Hayling Island, a short walk from the beach.

The holiday caravans are arranged in an unusual cross formation, each having their own garden which can be fenced to contain any little children or a dog. Due to the layout, caravan sizes are restricted, but this is reflected in the prices and means you can buy a holiday home on the south coast, minutes from the beach, for a very reasonable price. We also have three caravans for hire.
