The newest part of the cottage complex dates back well over a century and it has been brought bang up to date. The cottage is accessible for wheelchair users with a low threshold wide entrance and wet room bathroom with the option of a portable shower stool. This means that if you don’t want to tackle stairs or need assistance getting around then Llamrai is the ideal choice. This cottage does accept dogs, for a one off fee of £20. A two bedroom single storey cottage which is perfect for guests with limited mobility and wheelchair users as it features a wet room shower room and please note there is no bath. It can also be combined with Hengroen to make a large cottage for all the family. Sleeps 4 (or 8 when combined)
A beautifully presented family run luxury nation visitor home bed that offers breakfast at its most useful. This enchanting and residence that is elegant originally built in 1870 for the Bishop of Truro. It nestles in the centre of beautifully manicured grounds and it is approached by a driveway that is sweeping to ample off road parking.

Fairtrade teas, cafetiere coffee & hot chocolate, Cornish mineral water & selection of fruit teas. Usage of a fridge with fresh milk. Hairdryer. Iron & ironing board available. Wi-fi connectivity. Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay in Pelleas room for a one off charge of £5. Dinner and morning meal. Only ingredients which are locally sourced used for extra special breakfasts and for the menu regarding the day in the evening. Fully certified, select a drink from the honesty club, available 24hrs each and every day. Before supper why not have a stroll round the mature that is lovely, and take a drink and sit by the yard and lap up the evening sunlight.
