Manor Farm has been home to the Barker Family since 2004, a 10-acre smallholding with sheep, cows, pigs, dogs, ponies, chickens and ducks. We opened the campsite in 2014 and have been improving facilities each year. In 2018 we won Camping and Caravan Club Small Site Awards and Best Overall Campsite. In 2019 we were nominated for a Remarkable East Yorkshire Tourism Award. We're located at a mere 10 minutes from Chester, where the local bus from Chester stops just in front of the entrance gate and a 15 minute drive from Chester zoo. There are also plenty of walking routes in the area. Please note that this is a working farm and access to the land and animals is strictly forbidden. There is also a strict 5 mile an hour policy on site. Dogs are to be kept on leads at all times on the campsite but can be walked down the dog walking area.

All of the cottages have enclosed private courtyard gardens with a Gas BBQ and table & chairs so that you can relax in the peaceful country surroundings.

Parking is next to the cottage for easy access.

All the holiday cottages are fully double glazed and centrally heated.

Dairy cottage’s bathroom has been built as a wet room, with shower, under floor heating and a heated towel rail. Fox & Otter cottages have baths with showers over and heated towel rail.

- Caravans/Motorhomes - we encourage guests who have their own facilities on board to use these as much as possible.

- Camping - we have reduced our pitch capacity to allow for greater social distancing. 

- Showers/Toilets - these will be cleaned regually & strict social distancing measures will be implemented. There will be plenty of hand sanitiser & soap available at all times. 

- Communal fridges/ freezers - for use by all.

- Sinks in utility room - to be used for washing up crockery/cutlery only. 

- Visitors - kept to a maximum of 2 per pitch - please notify us of details when you check in

The Stage 1 Men's Race in the Tour De Yorkshire, on Thursday 2nd May 2019, are going to be travelling along Melton Bottom, moving Eastdale Bed and Breakfast, making us a place that is brilliant stay!Eastdale sleep and Breakfast offers cosy, spotlessly clean accommodation, and our priority is making sure all our visitors feel welcome, in order to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable stick to us. Our location is central for trips by vehicle to your historic towns of Beverley, York and Lincoln day. The City of Hull is easily reached by bus from right outside our house, and for vehicle drivers there is certainly an park that is very good trip solution, significantly less than ten minutes away.Our garden is available for visitors to use, weather permitting!
