Adhurst yurts

Petersfield, East Hampshire, England

No electricity, dry compost privies and firewood from our own woodland. Our six yurts and one rustic cabin are situated in a hundred acres of ancient woodland within a 450-acre Victorian estate in the South Downs National Park. We're high above the banks of the River Rother and well away from any roads; so perfect for children and dogs. Adhurst provides stylish, healthy and ecologically-conscious holidays for everyone – from family reunions to romantic couples, holidaying pets, foodies and nature enthusiasts. Each space has its own campfire area, wood-burner in the yurt(or cabin), and own safari kitchen with gas hob and BBQ. Some have a private bath or shower and some their own privy. We provide firebowls, cast iron cookware, crockery and glassware. In short, everything you could possibly need to make your holiday great. We also can match our guests with a variety of outdoor skills instructors – from fly-fishing to fire-building to guided bird walks to basketry – and more. We can also organise wild food days – cook what you find!? Just ask. It's all bespoke, enabling you to create your perfect holiday exactly the way you want it.
