Aiming to provide a pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable stay for all visitors, whether they are here for day fishing or a longer stay in our holiday lodge or on our Caravan site. Our Adult only caravan & campsite is on the edge of the small village of Kirkby on Bain with a large level well-drained field.

Due to the ever-increasing energy costs, we have made the decision to go over to metered electric. We have 15 electrical hook-ups on-site, nine 16Amp and six 10Amp hook-ups. The 16Amp, sockets will be allocated on a first come first served. On arrival and departure a meter reading will be taken and final payment on your departure.

Prices include 2 people and an awning.
