Opened in 1998 by the Guinan family, Linwater caravan park is still a small family owned site, now in its second generation. The family live on site, with reception and shop open daily. The site is manned 24 hours so there always someone on hand to help.

The family pride themselves on upholding high standards including ensuring that Linwater is a happy place to work and visit. All staff are paid the living wage as a minimum and respect for each other is a vital component to how they operate. Nature and our environment are also important and the team is committed to ensuring that the park is a haven for many flora and fauna. Don’t be surprised by all the bee friendly flowers and hedges around the site, as well as some nest boxes in the surroinding woodlands!
