Our beautiful holiday cottages are perfectly situated a stones-throw from the historic City of York. Our cottages have been carefully designed to accommodate the whole family, the perfect destination for fun filled days out and good times with all the family. Located a 15 minute drive from the outskirts of York, we are ideal for those who that want to take the weekend at their own pace. So whether you’re looking to cook up some delicious meals in the comfort of your own accommodation, or enjoy cocktails in the beautiful gardens then look no further. All of our houses are located seven miles East of York, near the Pretty Village of Wilberfoss. We are close to the Yorkshire Wolds & the East Coast. We are set in a rural location within walking distance of a Yorkshire Wildlife Trust Area . We’re also a short drive away from the Allerthorpe Woods (local wildlife area). We are situated within walking distance of a Thai restaurant. Also there is a direct bus route to the City of York.(Buses stop outside the properties every twenty minutes). The nearest pub is the Oddfellows at Wilberfoss (Quarter of a mile) or The Half Moon which is a short journey (2 miles) to Newton upon Derwent. The properties will suit anyone who likes a mix of a countryside setting with close access to city amenities. York is a fifteen minute drive away, however our local Villages boast Stunning Walks, Fantastic Farms Shops & Cafe Bars, The Award winning Pocklington Arts Centre, Golf Clubs, Pocklington Canal, Gliding Club and Attractions such as The Elvington Air Museum. In addition there is also Burnby Hall Gardens & Allerthorpe Watersport Park.

- Milestone & Stabel Cottage — SLEEPS 14, 6 BEDROOMS, 4 BATHROOMS. Brand New Cottages built within the Grounds of The Old Coach House. Light , airy and spacious. These semi detached cottages have large open plan living spaces downstairs with a quirky cottage feel upstairs. We have chosen to hire them as a pair as it makes them perfect for large families, groups and parties. The two cottages with allow all 14 to be seated and dined in one room means which means they are perfect for a celebration whilst allowing privacy when necessary. This works well if there are different age groups in the party or if some of the party wish to go get up early / go to bed early and require extra peace and quiet! The kitchens in both cottages allow for the best of Sunday Roasts to be served at the banqueting table and enjoyed by everyone in one cottage. Large lounge seating areas with a supply of fluffy blankets to snuggle up in ensures that everyone can sit together in one cottage, unwind, drink prosecco and chat! Ten minutes drive from the outskirts of York. Buses from York city centre every twenty minutes, however please allow up to a 30 minute journey as traffic in York centre is very busy. - The West Wing — SLEEPS 15-17, 4 BEDROOMS, 3 BATHROOMS The West Wing is a large luxury home. With is beautiful staircase and reclaimed brick and oak features, the interior is truly stunning. This is one of our largest properties. This home is perfect for group activities, Birthday celebrations, Hen Parties and Baby Shower’s. It is spacious and desirable and a stunning backdrop for your party photographs. The large lounge seats 17 but can seat more if needed. **Parking for 6 + Cars**
- The Garden Room — SLEEPS 10-12 / 4 BEDROOMS / 2 BATHROOMS Stunning contemporary house located within the sunny south facing gardens of The Old Coach House, The Garden Room is set in the most peaceful tranquil part of the site. With double-doors leading out onto enclosed mature gardens this house is perfect for those wanting to relax and take time out. The whole house has a tranquil calming vibe. For those wishing to enjoy activities whilst on holiday the kitchen is the hub of this house, It is literally HUGE! (we had one party who moved the table and hosted dance lessons in the kitchen!) Its size makes it perfect for those wanting to enjoy cooking and eating together. It is also an ideal place for group activities. Ten minutes drive from the outskirts of York. Buses from York city centre every twenty minutes, however please allow up to a 30 minute journey as traffic in York centre is very busy. (Buses stop directly outside the house) You are able to add a Hot Tub to your hire package for an additional fee of £250

- Inn Keepers Cottage — SLEEPS 8, 3 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS Supercosy cottage located in gated and fenced gardens. This three bedroomed cottage is quirky and quaint. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is located downstairs with a downstairs bathroom which is perfect for an elderly relative or anyone with mobility issues. Upstairs the sloping ceilings make the remaining two bedrooms intimate and romantic. With Walk in Wardrobes in both rooms and a separate upstairs bathroom the rooms upstairs are clean, cosy and restful. This cottage has a really homely feeling and is a perfect base for those wanting to spend the evenings cuddling up on the sofa, hot chocolate and marshmallows after a hard days sightseeing or shopping! Ten minutes from the outskirts of York. Buses from York city centre every twenty minutes. - The Old Coach House — SLEEPS 20-22, 7 BEDROOMS, 6 BATHROOMS Set in a gated development, The Old Coach House is located seven miles East of York near the Pretty Village of Wilberfoss. This property will suit anyone who would like a mix of a countryside setting with close access to city amenities. York is a short drive away, however our local villages boast Stunning Woodland Walks, a Watersport Park, Fantastic Farms Shops & Cafe Bars. We are also situated within walking distance of a Thai restaurant. This exclusive house is only available for weekend hire on a seasonal basis Ten Minutes drive from the outskirts of York Direct bus route to the City of York & York Railway Station (Buses every 20 minutes) However please allow up to a 30 minute journey as traffic in York centre is very busy. (Buses stop directly outside the house)
