Each of our authentic luxury yurts has its own dedicated bathroom huts, outdoor furniture and barbeque! Each yurt can be set up to sleep from two to five guests with a comfy king size bed, the option of two additional single beds, and a child’s bed or crib available on request. The yurts are also kitted out with tables, chairs and lots of other home comforts. The wood burning stoves included in the winter months make us a perfect, cosy getaway year round. There really is no bad time to stay with us, as the grounds are beautiful in every season.

College Farm Glamping is in a good spot to get in some quality downtime with rural surroundings in the north Lincolnshire village of Alkborough, 40 minutes drive away from Hull.

Part of a working farm, this luxury glamping site is 35 minutes walk away from the Alkborough Flats nature reserve, prime birdwatching, walking or cycling patch, and 10 minutes from Normanby Hall, where there’s a Go Ape course and a golf course in the grounds of a Regency mansion.

Tasty treats may become a nice part of your daily routine here, as there’s a tearoom on site where you can fuel up for the day (or refill in between activities). There are a few restaurants and a farm shop within 10 minute drive of the site too, so you’ll always be able to trace the way to some more food spots, whether it’s to eat out, buy snacks for on the go or gather bits for the barbecue.

Walking and cycling paths are in no short supply in the surrounding area. The views on the routes are rather scenic, as the Humber, Ouse and Trent rivers join up nearby. The local wetland nature reserve has plenty of waterside scenery too, as you might expect.

Dogs are also permitted on site, which may come as good news to those of you who are inseparable from your canine companion.

- Camping - we have reduced our pitch capacity to allow for greater social distancing. 

- Showers/Toilets - these will be cleaned regually & strict social distancing measures will be implemented. There will be plenty of hand sanitiser & soap available at all times. 

- Communal fridges/ freezers - for use by all.

- Sinks in utility room - to be used for washing up crockery/cutlery only. 

- Visitors - kept to a maximum of 2 per pitch - please notify us of details when you check in

- Check in /Reception - Please check in at reception. If it is not open your name and pitch number will be on the board at the entrance to the site. On arrival you can scan the NHS Track & Trace QR code.

- Caravans/Motorhomes - we encourage guests who have their own facilities on board to use these as much as possible.

- Camping - we have reduced our pitch capacity to allow for greater social distancing. 

- Showers/Toilets - these will be cleaned regually & strict social distancing measures will be implemented. There will be plenty of hand sanitiser & soap available at all times. 

- Communal fridges/ freezers - for use by all.

- Sinks in utility room - to be used for washing up crockery/cutlery only. 

- Visitors - kept to a maximum of 2 per pitch - please notify us of details when you check in


**Site Facilities:**

- Separate male & female heated washrooms and showers with electric shaver sockets.

- Utility room with dishwashing facilities where hot water is provided free of charge.

- Fridge & freezer.

- BBQ and Firepits available to hire  - Fire pits are available to hire only - Guests are not permitted to bring their own wood or firepit and they must be extinguished by 11pm (These will be cleaned after each use)

- Dog shower.

- Chemical disposal point.

- Secure bike storage, e-bike charge point, bike racks & bike wash.

- Recycling facilities.

- Information board.

**Pets:**

​Pets are welcome at Butt Farm, however are not allowed in the site buildings including the shower and utility rooms. 

Whilst on site they must be kept on a lead at all times, and can be walked in designated areas. There are many walks around the campsite. There is a dog shower available to use for those mucky paws.

**Terms:**

- Bank Holidays are a minimum of a 3 night stay.

- Weekends are a minimum of a 2 night stay.

- Arrivals - 1pm ( no later than 9pm - unless in exceptional circumstances) 

- Departures - 12pm

- Departures after midday are subject to availability and a charge of £5 per pitch.

- Guests are welcome, however we ask that you keep the to a maximum of of 2 per pitch & inform us of them when you check in - £2 per guest - they must be off site by 10pm.

- As the person booking the holiday, you are responsible for the behaviour of all members of the party whilst on the site.

- Any wilful damage to the site will result in you being asked to immediately leave the site.

- Please do not allow children to play in the communal shower, toilet and utility areas.

- All gazebos must be taken down when you are not on site.

- To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:30pm. No music is allowed on site after 10.30pm. 

- No driving allowed on site after 10:30pm. 

- Fire pits are available to hire only - guests are not permitted to bring their own wood or firepits and they must be extinguished by 11pm.
