Electric Hook Up Grass Pitch

The granary and hayloft cottages both feature 2 bedrooms, both with 2 extra-large super comfy single beds in each and adjoining on-suite luxury tiled bathrooms. Full of quaint furnishings and original beautiful features the Granary and Hayloft are designed for socializing with open plan living, dining and kitchen areas.

The living areas have large exposed original beams and full height ceilings giving a real sense of space whilst the exposed brick walls ooze comfort and cosiness. The kitchens are solid wood and brick units fitted with a fridge freezer and full over/hob along with all of your common cooking utensils and crockery/cutlery.

Each accommodation area includes/features a stylish rustic/chubby chic interior with a large rustic timber double bed, a large sofa with throws, bedside tables or cabinets.

Exclusively for adults, this quiet camping and touring park with 30 pitches is the ideal base for unwinding and exploring this part of Lincolnshire.

It's just a short 10-20 minute drive to the historic market town of Alford, the seaside village of Chapel Saint Leonards, Skegness and the rest of the stunning Lincolnshire coast. Plus, the Lincolnshire Wolds is a short distance away, with stunning views and plenty of walks.

Suitable for caravans and motorhomes, choose from grass pitches complete with 16amp electric and water hook up.

Or you can opt for the spacious, fully serviced hardstanding pitches offering 16amp electric, water and waste disposal. The hardstanding gravel pitches are complete with astroturf for awnings.

There's a handful of electric grass pitches available for tents too.

If you're seeking a little more comfort, the park also offers a glamping pod that sleeps up to two people with heating and electricity. It is complete with all you need for your getaway, including a double bed, cooker, cooking equipment and outdoor seating.

BBQs are allowed inside your pitch, but these MUST NOT be done on the grass. However, we are more than happy to provide bricks for you if you don't have a desired set-up.

We have fire extinguishers on site, but we still expect each caravan/motor home/tent to be equipped with their own.

There is a local garage a few doors down with petrol, diesel and some provisions.

The supermarkets nearby include Tesco, Lidl & Co-Op.

We also recommend the local butchers, especially for your BBQ's!


Plus, we strongly believe in making everyone feel welcome, so we have taken measures to create a disabled-friendly site.

We have a purpose-built ablution building including:

WE DO NOT ACCEPT TENT'S . When approaching Ivydene please look for yellow smiley Flag at top of the drve we are just before the petrol station.

This is an ideal base from which to enjoy this area of Lincolnshire, with good walking and cycle routes from the doorstep. The town and beach have easy access for mobility scooters using the footpath all the way from the caravan site (1 mile).

Mablethorpe has an excellent sandy beach, and the more energetic can enjoy lovely beach walks.

By road, Chapel St Leonards is 11 miles and Skegness is 18 miles, where you can visit the SSSI RSPB nature reserve at Gibraltar Point. Cleethorpes in the other direction is approx 27 miles by road.

The Roman town of Horncastle is approx 22 miles and famous for its curio and antique shops, then there is the Georgian market town of Louth only 16 miles away, which still has 3 markets every week, Wed, Fri and Saturday.

Alford is 8 miles away with reputedly the largest  manor house in the country, well worth a visit.

We have a small site capable of hosting 15 caravans, motor homes and campervans. We believe in offering a large pitch to maximise your comfort & privacy, so you can sit back and relax during your stay.

The holiday yurts ( The Fox and the Hare ) stand at the bottom of our three quarters of an acre garden alongside Badgers Den which has a fully equipped kitchen, shower room and seating. 
We offer plenty of privacy from our main property. Our garden is immaculately maintained and has been designed to attract a plethora of wildlife, aided by a large centrepiece pond and a number of well stocked bird feeders. You can also sit and watch the alpacas in the neighbouring field. With seating all around we intend for our garden to offer a sense of peace and tranquility for all who visit.

Bramble Lodge is an old farm house built in the mid 1800s and is situated on Chapel Lane in the rural village of Great Carlton. It is a quiet secluded property with stunning views across local farmland with no immediate neighbours.

Our aim is to provide a unique countryside holiday retreat that offers a warm, modern and welcoming environment to our guests.

The interior of each yurt is open plan and is intended to provide a comfortable and spacious layout for two adults. With a plumbed in toilet that will ensure a comfortable stay for individuals and couples alike.

With a broad knowledge of the surrounding area, we will be able to offer our visitors advice on activities to do during their stay. We have a great list of walking and cycling routes along with tips for more unique experiences such as local alpaca walks and the best dates for visiting Cadwell Park, along with visiting our local market towns and seaside attractions.

In 2020 we had fun creating a county hideaway in a tranquil setting.
We feel the Fox and the Hare are both cosy and functional having many added extras such as the beautiful bedding, towels, bathrobes, carpets and a flushing toilet and although there is private decking you are welcome to use any part of our garden, there is seating all round the pond and a table and chairs in the orchard for you to sit and have coffee etc, while watching the alpacas.

Badgers Den is shared by the 2 yurts and is a beautiful added extra for showering, cooking and chilling in the lounge area.  
As we all know so well the weather can be unpredictable at any time of the year and having a warm space to snuggle up, play a game or read a book makes being away a more comfortable experience.

There is plenty of free parking. At Bramble Lodge Glamping we are exclusive to Adults only and No pets.

Ivy Lodge is perfect for a quiet getaway, offering a tranquil alternative to the hustle and bustle commonly associated with the East coast of Lincolnshire.

Bordered by trees and hedges and surrounding our scenic 12 peg fishing lake, we have 14 electric hook-ups, toilets, showers and washing up facilities available, as well as a six berth static caravan for hire.
The lake is well stocked with common carp, mirror carp, tench and rudd and will delight both the expert and novice angler alike. 
There is also a large range of fishing tackle and bait available to purchase on site.

Ivy Lodge is an excellent base for exploring Lincolnshire, being situated within easy distance of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Also nearby are sandy beaches, animal sanctuaries, Fantasy Island, Crazy Golf and much more. The bright lights of Skegness, Ingoldmells and Chapel St. Leonards are only a 10 minute drive away.
The peaceful village of Hogsthorpe itself has two pubs, a restaurant and a village store.

Swimming, walking and twitching (!) are all up for grabs here, in addition to a great amount of extra activities to keep the children busy. Enjoy a day near the seaside at Chapel St Leonards Beach.that is a sand and beach that is shingle plenty to keep your mini merpeople busy. Team two days out in a single and touch your way to victory with a round of crazy tennis. It's a classic for a reason. For just about any daredevils, jet skiing is an easy method that is excellent up your adrenaline but needless to say only for older kids and constantly with an adult.
