Our handcrafted yurt provides rustic, private accommodation in a woodland environment that is magical. Just accommodating one booking at any given time, it is the perfect relaxed environment for a retreat that is private. The Yurt is truly off-grid. Heating is within the form of a wood-burning stove, lighting is by lantern, and you will be assured of a restful night's rest in the severely comfortable bed that is double. The water, from an spring that is underground the hillside above, is probably the sweetest and purest you will ever have tasted. Facilities include a fully plumbed and filtering bathroom, plus the shower has a nifty little home heating that is log-fired. Cooking is through fuel within the kitchen area that is small or over logs in the fire-pit outside. But, we recognise that a few amenities make life much more pleasant, and you'll find publications, games, local information and a comfy sitting area in the adjacent Hut; addititionally there is a wee nook within the Hut where you are able to log in to WiFi to check e-mails and keep up with the outside world, if you really must ...
