No. The Book now button is free. You pay 5% of each booking that comes through us, and a monthly fee only if we build and host a website for you. Card fees are separate: Stripe, the card-payment company, takes its standard fee (1.5% + 20p for UK cards).

Stripe takes 0.5% + 20p for a Pay by Bank payment, never more than £5, less than the 1.5% + 20p it takes for a UK card. Our 5% is the same however the guest pays. Pay by Bank is rolling out on instant-book listings.

Your existing bookings still stand, and you can download your bookings, guest details and payments. There is no fee to leave.

Guests pay by debit or credit card on your website. The money goes to your own bank account. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe, a large card-payment company, which takes its standard fee (1.5% + 20p for UK cards).

Yes. Set different prices for weekends, school holidays and peak weeks, and add offers. They apply on their own.

Yes. Add each club you give a discount to, like the Camping and Caravanning Club or Blue Light Card, and the percentage. Members pick their club and type their membership number when they book, and see the lower price before they pay. You check their card when they arrive.

You set your own cancellation rules. When a guest cancels, the refund follows your rules.

Yes. Close the dates in your calendar and they close on your website and your other listings too.
