Are there any hidden fees or commission charges?
No hidden fees or commission charges on direct bookings through your HolidayFox website. You only pay your monthly subscription fee. We're transparent about all costs upfront, and you keep 100% of the revenue from bookings made directly through your website.
Can I change my package later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. We understand that your business needs may change, and we're flexible to accommodate your growth or changing requirements.
Do you offer discounts for annual payments?
Yes! We offer 2 months free when you pay annually. This gives you a 16.7% discount compared to monthly payments. Contact our sales team for details on annual pricing.
What happens to my bookings if I cancel?
All existing bookings remain valid and accessible. We provide data export tools so you can download your booking history, customer information, and financial records. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
