Give club members their discount when they book online
Members of Good Sam, Passport America and other clubs look for their discount before they book. Set your clubs once, and members get the lower price on your own website, the same as if they called you.
How it works

Add the clubs you take
In your HolidayFox account, add each club and its discount, like Good Sam 10% or Passport America 50%. You can set different clubs for RV sites, tent sites and cabins.

Members pick their club
When they book, members choose their club and type their membership number. They see the lower price before they pay.

Check the card when they arrive
The membership number is saved with the reservation. Ask to see the card at check-in, the way you do now.
How the discount is worked out
Only the stay is discounted
The discount comes off the price of the stay. Extras like firewood stay at full price.
No double discounts
If you also give a discount for longer stays, the camper gets whichever is bigger, not both.
Tax on the lower price
If you charge lodging tax, it's worked out on the discounted price.
Our 5% is on what they pay
We take 5% of the discounted price, not the full price.
Questions owners ask
Do I have to be part of Good Sam or Passport America?
No. We aren't connected to any club. If you're already in a club's program, add the discount it asks you to give. If you're not, you can still give members a discount of your own.
Which clubs can I add?
Any club or group you give a discount to, up to 10 for each type of site. Good Sam, Passport America, Escapees, FMCA, KOA Rewards, Thousand Trails, AAA, AARP and military are one click to add, or type the name of your own.
Do you check membership numbers?
No. There's no way for us to check them with the clubs. The number is saved with the reservation and shown in your bookings list, so you can match it to the card at check-in.
Can I limit a discount to weekdays or some dates?
Not yet. The discount covers every night of the stay. If a club's rules leave out some dates, wait before adding that club, and tell us so we know what to build next.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra. Club discounts come with every plan. We take 5% of what the camper pays after the discount. Card fees are separate: Stripe, the card-payment company, takes its standard fee (2.9% + 30¢ for US cards).
