Do I need to be technical?
No. We set it up for you, on the website you have or a new one we build. You manage reservations from your phone or computer.
Can guests pay inside the chat today?
Not yet. The chat takes them to your Book now button, where they pay by card on your website. Paying inside the chat itself is coming soon.
How is this different from Intercom or Tidio?
Those tools answer questions and pass them to you. HolidayFox knows your prices and which sites are free, and takes the booking on your website. You pay 5% of each booking that comes through us.
Will it work on WordPress?
Yes, and we can add it for you. If your web person wants to do it: paste one loader.js snippet before the closing body tag.
Can I keep Hipcamp and still take the 9pm reservation on my site?
Yes. Hipcamp reservations land in the same calendar, so you're never double-booked. Hipcamp brings new campers; the chat takes the booking on your own site.
