If you search “Airbnb channel manager Europe”, Smoobu is on the page. Berlin-born, used by holiday-let hosts who want one inbox across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and a hundred other sites, plus a hosted booking website.
I run HolidayFox, so this is not a neutral page. Both take direct bookings. The useful question: do you want their channel manager billed in euros, or a booking system that answers at 9pm on your own website?
What Smoobu is, and what they do well
Online calendar + channel manager + website builder + guest guide + apps. All core features on every plan. Extra units and accounts with edit access cost more. 14-day trial, no card.
Things they genuinely do well:
- It is a real holiday-let booking system. Calendar, booking engine, Stripe/PayPal, messages.
- Published euro prices that scale with units. As shown on smoobu.com/en/pricing (checked 2026-09-11), one unit, monthly: Professional Flex €29 + 0.9% booking fee; Professional Prepaid €35, 0% fee; Teams Pro+ €55, 0% fee. Annual −10%, two-year −20%. Extra units from €9.60/month. GBP/USD on that page are estimates — they bill in EUR. VAT is added when you pay.
- 100+ channel connections. That is why a host on many listing sites buys them.
- No setup fee. Cancel on 30 days’ notice at the next renewal.
If your priority is “a euro channel manager and a Smoobu-hosted site, and I will handle evenings myself,” Smoobu is a credible answer. We will not pretend our commission is cheaper than €35 a month on software cost at the Prepaid figure they show.

Guests pay by card on your website through the Book now button. Paying inside the chat is still rolling out. Bookings from Pitchup, Airbnb and Booking.com land in the same calendar, so you're never double-booked. You don't need Smoobu to run it.
