Someone types the park name into Google. Hotels-style availability appears. If that row is empty, they go back to Pitchup. The leak is not Google. It is that your diary was never in the feed.
I run HolidayFox, so this is not a neutral page. Google Hotels is a door. The booking still happens on your domain. We do not take a Google-only commission on top of the HolidayFox line.
What you are actually buying
HolidayFox is a full PMS for independent stays: calendar, bookings, payments, guest messaging, self check-in, a daily agenda, a booking widget or hosted website, after-hours live chat, and Google Hotels.
The Google Hotels feed is included. Widget checkout is live (Stripe). Paying inside the chat thread is still rolling out. iCal keeps Pitchup, Airbnb and Booking.com honest against the same book.
You do not need CampManager, GemaPark or SuperControl for the diary. If you already have one you can sync via iCal — you do not have to.
What this is not
- Not a Google ads contract. The feed lists availability. Ads are a separate Google product we do not sell.
- Not a replacement for Pitchup. Keep Pitchup for people who do not know you yet.
- Not a second PMS. CampManager / GemaPark extra is pitch maps and owners. You do not buy that stack to appear on Google.
Who this is for
- Guests already search your park name and still book on Pitchup.
- You have a brochure or WordPress site and no live availability in Google.
- You want one book for the website, the chat and the feed.

No. Keep Pitchup via iCal. Google Hotels is another door to the same book.

They book on your site (or our hosted site). Widget checkout is live. Paying inside the chat thread is still rolling out.
