What it is for
Guests who email or WhatsApp after you've closed often book on Pitchup or Booking.com instead. The chat sits on your own website, answers from your listing, knows what's free and helps them book with you.
It isn't a general question-and-answer bot. It's part of HolidayFox, with your calendar, bookings, payments, guest messages and self check-in. You don't need CampManager, GemaPark or SuperControl to run the calendar.

What it can and cannot do today
Live: answers from your listing, knows which dates are free, the Book now button where guests pay by card (handled by Stripe, a large card-payment company), one calendar with your listing sites, and a listing on holidayfox.com if you want it.
Rolling out: paying inside the chat itself. Until then, the chat gets the guest to a real booking through the Book now button on your website.

Do I need to write the answers myself?
No. The chat uses your listing and knows which dates are free.
Where does the guest pay?
On your own website, through the Book now button. Paying inside the chat is rolling out.
Will this replace CampManager?
Yes, for your calendar. You can leave CampManager. If you use it for pitch maps or running the park, you can keep it and connect the two. You don't have to.
Does it work on WordPress?
Yes. We add it for you. There's also the Book now button if guests would rather pick dates on a calendar.
