If you search “holiday park management software Dynamics”, EliteParks is the product. Elite Dynamics. Mayfair head office, Manchester phones (0161 615 5548 / 0161 641 8926). Owners, static sales, number-plate cameras (ANPR), arcades, Sage and Xero — a system for park groups, not a five-pitch calendar.
I run HolidayFox, so this is not a neutral page. Both are real booking systems. The useful question: do you need that Dynamics system, or one that takes the guest's booking on your own website at 9pm?
What EliteParks is, and what they do well
Bookings, group bookings, maps, owner management, holiday-home sales, memberships, housekeeping, optional links to Pitchup / Hoseasons / Campsites (each counts as one listing site), Rentals United. Built on Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics 365.
Things they genuinely do well:
- It is a real park and group operations system. Finance, owners, sales and bookings in one Microsoft system.
- Published starting prices. As shown on elite-parks.com/eliteparks-packages-and-pricing (checked 2026-09-11): EliteCore from £300/month, EliteCore+ from £500/month, Enterprise built to your needs. Their table also says the EliteParks licence is sold separately. Ask them what your invoice is. We will not add those lines up for you.
- Pitchup, Hoseasons and Campsites are listed as connections (one listing site on the Core notes). That is park distribution, not a chat that answers your guests.
- UK support numbers on the page. Groups already on Dynamics will know the company.
If your priority is “a Dynamics system for park operations, owners and static sales,” EliteParks is a credible answer. We will not pretend our commission is cheaper than £300 a month on software cost if you run a busy park group.
What HolidayFox is, and where we are different
HolidayFox is a direct booking system for independent stays. A Book now button on your website, a chat that answers guests any time of day, and one calendar for every booking. We set it up for you.
Guests pay by card on your website through the Book now button. Paying inside the chat is still rolling out. Bookings from Pitchup, Airbnb and Booking.com land in the same calendar, so you're never double-booked. You don't need EliteParks to run it.

Is HolidayFox an EliteParks alternative?
Yes, for taking bookings. EliteParks' extra is park operations on Dynamics 365 (owners, sales, finance, maps). If you don't need those, you don't need EliteParks.
Is EliteParks the same as Holidaymaker?
No. EliteParks is Elite Dynamics’ park PMS. Holidaymaker is a guest app and guidebook (holidaymakerapp.co.uk). See HolidayFox vs Holidaymaker for the app.
How much does EliteParks cost?
They publish EliteCore from £300/month and EliteCore+ from £500/month. Enterprise is a quote. The pricing table lists the EliteParks licence as sold separately.
