HolidayFox vs EliteParks
- HolidayFox
- HolidayFox is a full PMS for independent stays: calendar, bookings, payments, guest messaging, self check-in, a daily agenda, a booking widget or hosted website, after-hours live chat, and Google Hotels.
- EliteParks
- Holiday-park ops on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Elite Dynamics)
- EliteParks pricing
- EliteCore from £300/mo; EliteCore+ from £500/mo; Enterprise quote. EliteParks licence sold separately as shown. (elite-parks.com/eliteparks-packages-and-pricing, checked 2026-09-11)(checked 2026-09-11)
- HolidayFox pricing
- free for the widget, or from £12.99/month for a full website + 5% commission on bookings taken through HolidayFox
If you search “holiday park management software Dynamics”, EliteParks is the product. Elite Dynamics. Mayfair head office, Manchester phones (0161 615 5548 / 0161 641 8926). Owners, static sales, ANPR, arcades, Sage and Xero — a park group stack, not a five-pitch diary.
I run HolidayFox, so this is not a neutral page. EliteParks is a real park-ops PMS. HolidayFox is a real PMS. The useful question is whether you need that Dynamics stack, or a book that takes the guest on your own website at 9pm.
What EliteParks is, and what they do well
Bookings, group bookings, maps, owner management, holiday-home sales, memberships, housekeeping, optional Pitchup / Hoseasons / Campsites as one OTA each, Rentals United. Built on Business Central / Dynamics 365.
Things they genuinely do well:
- It is a real park / group ops system. Finance, owners, sales and the book in one Microsoft stack.
- Published starting prices. As shown on elite-parks.com/eliteparks-packages-and-pricing (checked 2026-09-11): EliteCore from £300/month, EliteCore+ from £500/month, Enterprise built to your needs. Their table also says the EliteParks licence is sold separately. Ask them what your invoice is. We will not add those lines up for you.
- Pitchup, Hoseasons and Campsites listed as integrations (one OTA on the Core notes). That is park distribution, not a live assistant.
- UK support numbers on the page. Groups already on Dynamics will recognise the house.
If your priority is “a Dynamics park-ops stack, owners and static sales,” EliteParks is a credible answer. We will not pretend 5% is cheaper than £300 a month on software cost if you fill a group book.
What HolidayFox is, and where we are different
HolidayFox is a full PMS for independent stays: calendar, bookings, payments, guest messaging, self check-in, a daily agenda, a booking widget or hosted website, after-hours live chat, and Google Hotels.
Widget checkout is live on your domain (Stripe). Paying inside the chat thread is still rolling out. You do not need EliteParks for the diary. If you already have it for owners or finance, iCal can sync — you do not have to.
