If you search 'holiday park PMS' or 'RV park software', Newbook is a global name. Australian-founded, UK number +44 1732 409 999, bought by Storable in May 2024. They claim 55,000+ hospitality providers. They sell the whole operation: front desk, channels, POS, central reservations for big groups.
I run HolidayFox, so this page isn't neutral. The real question: do you need that large-scale operations stack, or a booking system that takes the guest on your own website at 9pm?
What Newbook is, and what they do well
Newbook's public pitch is an all-in-one hospitality platform: property management, online booking, channel manager, central reservation system (CRS), self-service and key access, and tools for groups of parks. They also sell Newbook Essentials for smaller single sites.
What Newbook does well:
- It's real park and hotel software: reservations, rates, inventory, guest messages, reporting.
- A channel manager and central reservations, so a group can run many sites from one system. That's why BIG4-scale parks buy them.
- POS, access control and 100+ connections to other software. Park operations, not a simple calendar.
- UK phone support on +44 1732 409 999. Pricing: ask for a demo. They don't publish a public UK price list (newbook.cloud, checked 2026-09-11).
If you need central reservations, POS and a channel manager run by reception staff, Newbook is a credible choice. Third-party directories sometimes quote a dollar starting price. That's not their invoice. Ask them.
What HolidayFox is, and where we are different
HolidayFox puts a Book now button on your website, or on one we build for you. Guests pick free dates and pay by card without leaving your site.
A chat answers guests any time of day and helps them book with you. For now they pay through the Book now button; paying in the chat is rolling out.
Pitchup, Airbnb and Booking.com bookings land in the same calendar, so you're never double-booked. We list you on holidayfox.com and in Google's hotel search, and set it all up for you.
You don't need Newbook to run your calendar.

Who each one is right for
- Choose Newbook if you run a group of parks and need central reservations and POS.
- Choose Newbook if you want the Storable / Newbook operations stack and will staff reception.
- Choose HolidayFox if you have a simple website and guests still go to Pitchup after hours.
- Choose HolidayFox if you'd rather pay when guests book than a quoted licence before the season starts.
