HolidayFox vs GlampManager
- HolidayFox
- A Book now button on your website, a chat that answers any time of day, and one calendar so you're never double-booked. Listed on holidayfox.com and in Google's hotel search. We set it up for you.
- GlampManager
- Glamping booking software (CampManager team) — pods, yurts, huts, tents
- GlampManager pricing
- Three editions excl. VAT. As shown: from £20/mo + £2/unit (or £25 + £2.40 monthly); mid from £25 + £2; top £50 + £2/unit. (glampmanager.com, checked 2026-09-11)(checked 2026-09-11)
- HolidayFox pricing
- free for the Book now button, or from £12.99/month for a website we build for you + 5% commission on bookings taken through HolidayFox
If you search “glamping booking software”, GlampManager is the dedicated product. Same developer as CampManager. Pods, yurts, bell tents, shepherd’s huts, treehouses — a calendar built for units, not a touring grid.
I run HolidayFox, so this is not a neutral page. Both are real booking systems. The useful question: do you want their glamping calendar and answer evenings yourself, or a booking system that answers at 9pm?
What GlampManager is, and what they do well
An online calendar: arrivals, website bookings with no commission to them, automatic emails, balances via Stripe, calendar links to listing sites, and Glampsites.com. Mid and top editions add more users, phone support and more incoming calendar links.
Things they genuinely do well:
- It is a real glamping booking system. Units, deposits, confirmations — not just a calendar on a page.
- Published prices, excl. VAT, monthly or annual. As shown on glampmanager.com (checked 2026-09-11): lowest edition £20/month + £2 per unit (or £25 + £2.40 if you pay monthly); mid £25 + £2 (or £30 + £2.40 monthly); top £50 + £2 per unit, yearly only. Extra incoming iCal links £10/year on the plans that include a pack of 15.
- Glampsites.com at an exclusive 10% commission — their page. Pitchup, Airbnb and Booking.com through calendar links.
- Same support team as CampManager. If you already trust them, that is a reason to ask.
If your priority is “a cheap glamping calendar with published prices, and I will handle 9pm myself,” GlampManager is a credible answer. We will not pretend our commission is cheaper than £20 + £2 a unit on software cost.
What HolidayFox is, and where we are different
HolidayFox is a direct booking system for independent stays. A Book now button on your website, a chat that answers guests any time of day, and one calendar for every booking. We set it up for you.
Guests pay by card on your website through the Book now button. Paying inside the chat is still rolling out. Bookings from Pitchup, Airbnb and Booking.com land in the same calendar, so you're never double-booked. You don't need GlampManager to run it.

Questions owners ask
Is HolidayFox a GlampManager alternative?
Yes. Both take bookings and hold your calendar. GlampManager's extra is a glamping-shaped calendar from the CampManager team. HolidayFox adds a chat on your website and your prices in Google's hotel search.
Is GlampManager the same as CampManager?
Same developer. GlampManager is the glamping product; CampManager is for running parks. This page is GlampManager. See HolidayFox vs CampManager for the park product.
How much does GlampManager cost?
Three editions, excl. VAT. As shown on glampmanager.com (checked 2026-09-11): from £20/month + £2 per unit. Mid and top editions cost more. HolidayFox: free for the Book now button, or from £12.99/month for a website we build for you plus 5% commission on bookings taken through HolidayFox. Card fees are separate: Stripe, the card-payment company, takes its standard fee (1.5% + 20p for UK cards).
Can I keep GlampManager and use HolidayFox?
Yes. Link the two calendars so you're never double-booked. You don't have to keep it.
