If you search “glamping booking software”, GlampManager is the dedicated product. Same developer as CampManager. Pods, yurts, bell tents, shepherd’s huts, treehouses — a book built for units, not a touring grid.
I run HolidayFox, so this is not a neutral page. Both are a real book. The useful question is whether you want their glamping-shaped diary and you will answer evenings yourself, or a PMS that answers at 9pm.
What GlampManager is, and what they do well
Cloud diary: arrivals, website bookings with no commission to them, automated emails, balances via Stripe, iCal channel management, Glampsites.com. Mid and top editions add more users, phone support and extra inbound iCals.
Things they genuinely do well:
- It is a real glamping PMS. Units, deposits, confirmations — not a brochure calendar.
- Published prices, excl. VAT, monthly or annual. As shown on glampmanager.com (checked 2026-09-11): lowest edition £20/month + £2 per unit (or £25 + £2.40 if you pay monthly); mid £25 + £2 (or £30 + £2.40 monthly); top £50 + £2 per unit, yearly only. Extra inbound iCals £10/year on the plans that include a pack of 15.
- Glampsites.com at an exclusive 10% commission — their page. Pitchup, Airbnb and Booking.com via iCal.
- Same support house as CampManager. If you already trust that team, that is a reason to ask them.
If your priority is “a cheap published glamping diary and I will handle 9pm myself,” GlampManager is a credible answer. We will not pretend 5% is cheaper than £20 + £2 a unit on software cost.
What HolidayFox is, and where we are different
HolidayFox is a full PMS for independent stays: calendar, bookings, payments, guest messaging, self check-in, a daily agenda, a booking widget or hosted website, after-hours live chat, and Google Hotels.
Widget checkout is live on your domain (Stripe). Paying inside the chat thread is still rolling out. You do not need GlampManager for the diary. If you already have it, iCal can sync — you do not have to.
