If you run a UK campsite, touring park or holiday park, CampManager is probably on your shortlist, or already in the office. They sell park operations: the booking chart, website bookings with no extra commission to them, connections to listing sites, and mixed inventory.
I run HolidayFox, so this page isn't neutral. The real question: do you need pitch maps and a busy reception chart, or a booking system that takes the guest on your own website, even at 9pm?
What CampManager is, and what they do well
CampManager is UK cloud software for caravan parks, campsites and holiday parks. They pitch a complete booking and park-management platform: commission-free bookings on your website, live availability, and connections to listing sites so allocation stays in one place.
What CampManager does well:
- It's real park software: booking chart, staff logins, unit optimisation, the day-to-day of a reception desk.
- Website bookings with no per-booking fee to CampManager. Booking on your own site is part of the product, not an add-on.
- A channel manager, so Pitchup, Booking.com and the rest don't double-book against the office chart.
- Built for mixed inventory: touring pitches, statics, lodges and extras. Parks that need that depth should take it seriously.
If you need pitch-level maps, mixed-inventory planning and a multi-user reception chart, CampManager is a credible choice. Pricing is quote-only; ask them for a figure for your pitch count. We won't invent one.
What HolidayFox is, and where we are different
HolidayFox puts a Book now button on your website, or on one we build for you. Guests pick free dates and pay by card without leaving your site.
A chat answers guests any time of day and helps them book with you. For now they pay through the Book now button; paying in the chat is rolling out.
Pitchup, Airbnb and Booking.com bookings land in the same calendar, so you're never double-booked. We list you on holidayfox.com and in Google's hotel search, and set it all up for you.
You do not need CampManager, GemaPark or SuperControl to run the calendar. If you already have one, HolidayFox can share dates with it so you're never double-booked. You don't have to keep it.
- How you pay us. HolidayFox's price is in the table below. No joining fee. A quiet month costs less than a subscription you pay whether anyone books or not.
- Where it lives. On the website you already have (WordPress or any other), or a website we build for you. We add it for you, and the guest stays on your site.
- Trying it. Keep Pitchup: its bookings land in the same calendar. Cancel if it isn't working.

Who each one is right for
- Choose CampManager if you need pitch-level maps, owner units and a busy reception chart.
- Choose CampManager if you've already paid for it and want to keep it. HolidayFox can share dates with it, but doesn't need it.
- Choose HolidayFox if you have a simple or WordPress website and guests still phone, email or go to Pitchup after hours.
- Choose HolidayFox if you want to try direct bookings without a joining fee or a second calendar.

Can I keep CampManager and use HolidayFox?
Yes. HolidayFox can share dates with it, so you're never double-booked. Running both is optional, not the usual setup.
Does CampManager include website bookings?
Yes. Commission-free bookings on your website are a core part of CampManager. HolidayFox adds a chat that answers guests any time of day, payment on your own website, and pricing you pay mainly when guests book.
