If you run a UK holiday park, glamping park or touring site and want availability on your WordPress site, Holray is one of the names you'll hear. They sell live calendars, seasonal pricing, online payments and park management without a stack of spreadsheets.
I run HolidayFox, so this page isn't neutral. The real question: who takes the 9pm enquiry, and do you want to pay per unit per year or when the guest books?
What Holray is, and what they do well
The Holray System (holray.co.uk) is specialist software for holiday parks, glamping, touring and camping. Availability goes on your site as a WordPress shortcode, an iframe, a link to a hosted booking page, or through an API.
What Holray does well:
- It's real park booking software: colour-coded calendars, seasonal tariffs, extras, minimum stays, owner reporting, guest messages.
- WordPress comes first: a shortcode or plugin, plus an iframe for other website builders. Payment can stay in the iframe or move to Holray's own pages.

If you want yearly per-unit software you can drop into WordPress, and you'll answer the emails, Holray is a credible choice. We won't claim to undercut them per unit.
What HolidayFox is, and where we are different
HolidayFox puts a Book now button on your website, or on one we build for you. Guests pick free dates and pay by card without leaving your site.
A chat answers guests any time of day and helps them book with you. For now they pay through the Book now button; paying in the chat is rolling out.
Pitchup, Airbnb and Booking.com bookings land in the same calendar, so you're never double-booked. We list you on holidayfox.com and in Google's hotel search, and set it all up for you.
You don't need Holray to run your calendar.

Who each one is right for
- Choose Holray if you want a known per-unit yearly bill and a Holray shortcode or iframe you already know.
- Choose Holray if you manage 100+ units and want their quoted enterprise tier.
- Choose HolidayFox if you have WordPress and guests still go to Pitchup after hours.
- Choose HolidayFox if you'd rather pay when guests book than £170 per unit before the season starts.
